17-7 Stainless Steel Coil, also known as AISI 631, SUS 631, ASTM S17700, is an austenitic-martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel developed based on 18-8CrNi. It is an austenitic structure in the annealed state, and after proper heat treatment, it can be transformed into a low-carbon tempered martensitic structure with good toughness. Its main performance characteristics are high strength and hardness, good toughness, excellent corrosion resistance, good processing performance, and excellent heat resistance. The high strength and hardness of 17-7PH is reflected in the tensile strength of 1140~1800 MPa after solution aging treatment, and it is easy to form, weld and process. Even in low temperature environment, 17-7 Stainless Steel Coil can still maintain good toughness and avoid brittle fracture. Because it contains high chromium and nickel elements, it can be used for a long time in a variety of chemical environments.
