410s stainless steel foil is a martensitic stainless steel, which is implemented in accordance with AISI and ASTM standards and has excellent toughness, plasticity and cold deformation properties. In its chemical composition, the carbon content does not exceed 0. 08%, which helps to improve welding performance; the chromium content is between 11. 50% and 13. 50%, which is the main element that provides stainlessness; the manganese and silicon contents do not exceed 1. 00%, respectively, which have an impact on strength, toughness and mechanical properties.
410s stainless steel foil has excellent physical and mechanical properties, with a density of 7. 75 kg/dm³, a minimum tensile strength of 490 MPa, a minimum elongation strength of 345 MPa, and a minimum elongation of 24%. It has good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain excellent mechanical properties in high temperature and corrosive environments.
