In the food industry, acids, alkalis, salts and other media are widely present, and ordinary materials are easily corroded, resulting in shortened equipment life and even food contamination. 1.4539 Strip forms a dense oxide film through a high proportion of nickel (23.0%~28.0%), chromium (19.0%~23.0%) and molybdenum (4.0%~5.0%), which can effectively resist the corrosion of these media.

1.4539 Strip has a tensile strength of ≥520MPa and an elongation of ≥35%, which can withstand the impact and vibration of equipment operation; it can still maintain dimensional stability at high temperatures of 400℃~600℃, and is suitable for high-temperature scenes such as baking equipment and fryers; it can be formed through stamping, welding, bending and other processes to meet the needs of customized container design.
